Zappi EV charger

  • It can save you money, an EV charge point can automatically charge off-peak when energy is cheaper and there are tariffs optimised for this. By charging off-peak you can also help to stop fossil fuel power stations needing to be started. Of course you can charge on demand too, so your EV is good to go when you are with faster charging than a conventional socket.

  • Yes, VAT is chargeable for EV charge points at 20% but not for solar PV and battery storage which are 0% VAT.
